Being a Greenland-style SEA KAYAK the Arctic 585 follows - yet at the same time reforms - the prototype of all kayaks.

With a softly arching seam line and a hard-chined hull, a „shallow V” bottom and raked bow & stern, the design of this kayak gives it stability, a smooth and silent run on water – and also makes this boat easy to recognize. It is quite long (5.85 m) so despite its flat bottom and width, it is the fastest boat amongst our touring SEA KAYAKs
