The Zephyr 480 is an entry-level touring SEA KAYAK. It is stable and easy to paddle, so it is an ideal choice for learning the principles of sea kayaking, yet as you’ll become more familiar with the technique the Zephyr 480 will remain a good partner on smaller trips.
While pro-paddlers may consider its shortness a disadvantage, recreational paddlers often find it an advantage: meaneuverable & easy to Toebehoren-kledij/store.

While the Zephyr 480 in STANDARD construction is equipped with a simple joint seat-cockpit solution (left), in higher constructions we use a comfy KajakSport seat (right)
The Zephyr 480 is equipped with recessed deckfittings of Kajak Sport that makes the deck surface smooth to avoid injuries during wet entry.
